Default Tony Buckets signs extension with Suns

Phoenix Suns forward TJ Warren has agreed to a four-year, $50M contract extension, league sources tell ESPN.
"You have to understand, I grew up a NC State fan. Every State-Carolina basketball game, football game, I've been there. It's fun, and if you like to competing and I love competing... that will be extra special."

Nice! That's the real tell on a player's career. Shockingly few players earn a second NBA contract! Congrats!

Hope he'll get more playing time... the rare opportunities I get to see the Suns play, he's never on the floor !

He started quite a bit last year until an injury took him away for a while.

With Bledsoe dealt to the Bucks, even more opportunity for Warren to shine. Now or never....

TJ's performance this season has been quite good.

    Here are his stats:

    http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/2982334/tj-warren

As you can see, he is averaging 17 points, one assist, and 6.3 rebounds per game as the small forward.

Keep in mind, those are his numbers despite averaging only 27.3 minutes per game. That's just slightly more than half the game minutes!

That folks, is how you earn a long and rich career in the NBA!
